Working Principle
The main treatment process of the air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine adopts the physicochemical method. It is designed by organically combining traditional mature processes such as chemical method, air flotation method, and filtration-adsorption method. It features simple and reasonable process, wide adaptability, compact structure, convenient transportation and installation, easy operation, and stable and reliable performance. It has a good effect on oil-water separation and the removal of suspended solids, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand). Generally, the wastewater can meet the discharge standards after treatment.
Structural Features
The entire air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine consists of a sewage pump, a metering device, a chemical dosing tank, a reaction tank, an air flotation tank, an air flotation system, a sand filter, an activated carbon adsorption column, and an electrical control system. For models with a handling capacity of 10 t/h or less, all components are integrated on the same base; for those with a handling capacity of more than 10 t/h, components are delivered as separate parts and assembled on-site into a complete unit for convenient transportation. Once the entire device is adjusted to normal working condition, it can basically operate automatically, ensuring easy operation.
