After-sale service
In case of any abnormal fault of the unit during the warranty period, we promise to provide the user with maintenance service free of charge (not caused by improper operation of the user's personnel), respond within 1 hour, arrive at the site within 6 hours for treatment (or according to the actual traffic conditions), and provide the customer with compulsory warranty service; If the inspection personnel at the maintenance point can not eliminate the fault, our company will send professional technicians to the site to solve the problem, and the expenses incurred will be borne by our company.
