    What is the Domestic Sewage?

    Domestic sewage is the water used in human daily life, including water discharged from toilets, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other places. Domestic sewage from residential, public places, government agencies, schools, hospitals, and shops contains a high amount of organic matter such as protein, animal and plant fats, carbohydrates, and ammonia nitrogen. It also contains soap and detergents, as well as pathogenic microorganisms, parasitic eggs, and so on. This type of sewage needs to be treated before being discharged into water bodies, irrigated farmland, or reused.

    How to treat Domestic Sewage?

    Determination of treatment process: Based on the specific characteristics of domestic sewage, this process adopts the "A/O composite biological contact oxidation" treatment process. This treatment process is easy to operate, manage, and operate, with low daily costs and stable effluent.

    The sewage treated in this project is conventional comprehensive domestic sewage, with a BOD/COD value of around 0.5 and COD/TN>8. Therefore, the pre denitrification A/O biological contact oxidation process is adopted, which has simple operation, low operating cost, good treatment effect, and stable operation. It is currently a relatively mature domestic sewage treatment process that can effectively ensure that the sewage meets the discharge standards

    Technology Introduction

    1.After being collected by the drainage system at each sewage discharge point, the domestic sewage enters the grid well of the sewage treatment station. 
    2.After removing floating debris and particulate debris, it enters the pre settling and regulating tanks for large particle sedimentation and sewage homogenization. 
    3.Then, the signal is transmitted by the liquid level control instrument and sent by the lift pump to the A-level anoxic biological treatment tank. 
    4.The mixed liquid is mixed with the reflux mixture in the anoxic state, and denitrification is carried out using sewage organic matter as a carbon source, Remove nitrate nitrogen while reducing the concentration of organic matter, and then enter the O-level biological contact oxidation tank for aerobic biochemical reaction.
    5.Here, the vast majority of organic pollutants are degraded through assimilation synthesis and dissimilation decomposition of microorganisms. The effluent flows to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and the supernatant of the sedimentation tank flows into the disinfection tank. 
    6.After chlorine tablets are added for contact dissolution and disinfection, harmful bacteria in the water are killed and discharged after reaching the standard.

    The debris intercepted by the grid is regularly loaded into the car and dumped into the garbage dump. Part of the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank flows back to the A-level biological treatment tank, and the other part is pumped to the sludge tank for aerobic digestion of the sludge before regular suction and transportation. The supernatant from the sludge tank flows back to the regulating tank for further treatment.
