What is the Large Waste Incinerator?

Waste incinerator is a device for incinerating and treating garbage. It utilizes the combustion of fuels such as coal, oil, and gas to incinerate and carbonize garbage at high temperatures, in order to achieve the purpose of disinfection treatment.

Comared with small waste incinerator, large incinerator provides more thorough treatment of exhaust gas after incineration.The Large garbage incinerator consists of three major systems: garbage pre-treatment system, incineration system, and smoke biochemical dust removal system. It integrates automatic feeding, incineration, dust removal, and automatic control, suitable for use in large garbage disposal stations.

Working Principle

1.Various household and medical waste enters the first combustion chamber through a conveyor belt for incineration.Most of the garbage is thoroughly incinerated in the first combustion chamber. Incomplete gases enter the second combustion chamber and burn thoroughly in a high-temperature environment, causing the complete decomposition of harmful substances.

2.Then the generated high-temperature gas is  cooled down through a heat exchanger.After that high-temperature flue gas generated enters the spray tower for acid removal . The spray tower further cools down the high-temperature flue gas and can remove medium and large particle impurities from the flue gas.Subsequently, the flue gas is further treated by a cyclone dust collector before being discharged to meet the standard.

3.Finally, dispose of the dust generated by incineration. The dust generated from garbage incineration can be used for comprehensive utilization of building materials after treatment, such as as cushion layer for paving, covering material for landfill sites, and making unburned bricks.
