  • On the basis of the traditional use of electrolytic cells for wastewater electrocoagulation treatment, this unit has made innovative design and significant improvements, enabling the equipment to simultaneously perform electrocoagulation, electric flotation, and electrochemical redox degradation during the wastewater treatment process, greatly improving the removal rate of organic pollutants and heavy metals, and solving the problem of electrode passivation, significantly extending the electrode life and improving current efficiency.

  • 1. Oil removal: Animal, plant, and mineral oils can be treated in forms such as hydration, emulsification, mixing, soluble oils, or fats, with a removal rate of over 99%.

    2. Excluding SS: including suspended and colloidal SS, such as used in IT industry for chip grinding wastewater in wafer factories and ultrafine suspended solids in graphite factories, removing over 99%.

    3. Except for BOD: it can be used for pre-treatment of high BOD concentration wastewater (strengthening bond breaking) to facilitate subsequent treatment. Low to medium concentration wastewater can be removed by 85% -99%.

    4. Except for COD: High concentration COD wastewater, it is difficult to coagulate due to strong oxidation and chemical bond breaking, and can be removed or decomposed into biodegradable small molecules for pre-treatment. For medium to low concentration wastewater, it is usually possible to achieve the reuse standard in one treatment (a small trial must be conducted to determine).
