Section 1 Main Features and Scope of Application of Incinerators
The waste incinerator is a waste incineration treatment equipment with independent intellectual property rights developed by Zhucheng Haipou Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. by introducing advanced incinerator technology from Japan and organizing technical experts to conduct research. This equipment has the characteristics of small volume, high incineration efficiency, reasonable process, leading technology, and high degree of harmlessness. It is an ideal waste treatment equipment for various hospitals, hotels, stations, large commercial institutions, enterprises, and public institutions.

The waste incinerator adopts the currently most advanced incineration method of primary pyrolysis gasification + circumferential air mixed combustion + secondary incineration + burnout treatment. Due to the adoption of gasification incineration technology in the design of the primary combustion chamber of this incinerator, the temperature inside the incinerator rises from 200°C to 400°C. During the incineration process of waste, problems such as clinker, slag block, and sintering will not occur. Compared with direct-fired furnaces and other furnaces, the gasification incinerator produces very little dust. A secondary incineration burner and a circumferential air supply device are installed in the secondary mixed combustion chamber. At high temperatures, the combustible gases in the flue gas can be fully combusted, and the gas generated by the gasifier and air can be fully mixed and combusted with high efficiency, preventing the escape of carbon substances in the flame and the occurrence of delayed combustion phenomena. When the flue gas enters the high-temperature burnout chamber, due to the adoption of combustion-supporting methods such as tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion-supporting air, the flue gas can be fully combusted again in the burnout chamber, and at the same time, the rotating airflow is used for flue gas dust removal. The residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace is more than 2 seconds, so that the combustible gases in the flue gas and the combustibles in the fly ash are completely incinerated. A dry tail gas purification device is installed on the upper part of the incinerator to adsorb and treat hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides, etc. generated during incineration. Components such as odors in the flue gas are decomposed at high temperatures. The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydroxide filter bricks to carry out a neutralization reaction with acidic gases, achieving the purpose of adsorbing acidic gases and purifying the tail gas. The harmful components in the flue gas are reduced to below the values specified in national standards such as the "Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste Incineration (GB18484 - 2001)".
The operation control of the incinerator adopts automatic program control, reducing the labor intensity of workers. The design of the incineration furnace door and ash cleaning door both adopts a fully sealed structure in the form of a mother-son port. During incineration, the inside and outside of the furnace are completely isolated, forming negative pressure combustion, eliminating the possibility of secondary pollution. Especially for the treatment of infectious and dangerous medical waste, its unique advantages can be more prominently demonstrated.
