High-Pressure Sludge Deep Dewatering Integrated Machine
The high-pressure sludge deep dewatering integrated machine is applied to the efficient dewatering of sludge in urban sewage treatment plants. It utilizes a variable filter chamber diaphragm press filtration unit composed of filter plates, rubber-plastic elastomer diaphragm filter plates, and special filter cloths. Under the condition that the filter plates are compressed by oil cylinders, the sludge is first dewatered by the pressure of the feed pump. After the feeding is completed, the variable filter chamber diaphragm pressing technology is used to perform secondary press dewatering on the sludge after the first dewatering, reducing the sludge moisture content to 50-58%.
