Vertical Flow Dissolved Air Flotation Machine

Wastewater after chemical dosing and reaction enters the mixing zone of the flotation machine, where it comes into contact with the released dissolved air mixture, causing flocculants to adhere to fine bubbles. It then enters the flotation zone. Driven by buoyancy, the flocculants float to the water surface to form scum. The clear water in the lower layer flows through the water collector into the clear water tank; a portion of it is recycled as dissolved air water, while the remaining clear water flows out through the overflow outlet. Once the scum on the surface of the flotation tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the flotation machine by the scum scraper and discharged. Settleable suspended solids (SS) precipitate in the cone and are removed regularly.
