Technical Principle of UV Photocatalytic Oxidation Waste Gas Purifier Product (1) UV ultraviolet light beams are used to irradiate organic waste gas and malodorous gas, which cleaves the molecular bonds of organic waste gas and malodorous gas. It instantly breaks the molecular chain structures of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, trimethylamine, styrene, as well as VOCs (such as benzene, toluene, and xylene), and degrades and converts them into low-molecular-weight chemicals, such as carbon dioxide and water. (2) Ozone is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, i.e., active oxygen. Since the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to further generate ozone. This enables the free-state pollutant molecules to oxidize and combine with ozone to form small-molecule harmless or low-harm compounds, such as CO₂ and H₂O. The reaction formula is as follows: UV + O₂ → O⁻ + O* (active oxygen); O + O₂ → O₃ (ozone). (3) TiO₂ photocatalyst catalytic oxidation filter cotton is used. Under the irradiation of UV light, it conducts a synergistic catalytic reaction on the air, generating a large amount of ozone. This ozone undergoes a synergistic catalytic oxidation and decomposition reaction on organic waste gas and malodorous gas, degrading and converting the organic waste gas and malodorous gas substances into low-molecular-weight compounds, water, and carbon dioxide. Thus, the purposes of deodorization and bacteria killing are achieved.

Waste gas purification tower
The waste gas purification tower is a two-phase countercurrent packed absorption tower. Waste gas enters the purification tower tangentially from the air inlet at the lower part of the waste gas treatment tower. Driven by the power of the ventilator, the space in the air intake section is quickly filled, and then the gas rises evenly to the first-stage packed absorption section through the flow equalization section. On the surface of the packing, the acidic (or alkaline) substances in the gas phase react chemically with the alkaline (or acidic) substances in the liquid phase. The substances produced by the reaction (mainly soluble acids or alkalis) flow into the lower storage tank along with the absorption liquid.
