Diaphragm filter press
A filter press utilizes the pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth to force most of the water in the material to pass through the filter cloth and flow out of the machine body. Meanwhile, the material is retained in the filter chamber to form filter cakes, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration. The high-pressure sludge deep dewatering integrated machine is applied for the efficient dewatering of sludge in urban sewage treatment plants. It utilizes a variable filter chamber diaphragm pressing and filtration unit composed of filter plates, rubber-plastic elastomer diaphragm filter plates, and special filter cloths. Under the condition that the filter plates are compressed by an oil cylinder, the sludge is dewatered for the first time using the pressure of a feed pump. After the feeding process is completed, the variable filter chamber diaphragm pressing technology is adopted to perform secondary pressing and dewatering on the sludge that has undergone the first dewatering.
