    I. Overview

    With the growth of the economy and population, human society has paid increasing attention to environmental pollution. Based on summarizing the operation experience of domestic and international domestic sewage treatment devices, and combining our company’s independent scientific research achievements and engineering practices, we have developed a complete set of buried organic wastewater treatment equipment. Adopting advanced processes and manufacturing technologies at home and abroad in the late 1990s, this equipment is produced as the SPR series sewage treatment equipment, with fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and stainless steel as the main raw materials.

    Its primary purpose is to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater to meet the discharge standards required by users. The equipment is mainly used for domestic sewage treatment in residential communities (including villa communities), high-end hotels, hospitals, comprehensive office buildings, and various public buildings. The effluent quality after treatment by this equipment complies with national discharge standards. Since the entire set of equipment can be buried underground, it is also called "buried domestic sewage treatment equipment".

    Our company’s buried domestic sewage treatment equipment adopts an advanced biological treatment process, integrating the removal of BOD₅ (5-day Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and NH₃-N (Ammonia Nitrogen). It boasts advantages such as stable and reliable technical performance, excellent treatment effect, low investment, small floor area, and convenient maintenance. We can also provide supporting reclaimed water reuse equipment according to customer requirements.

    II. Product Features

    1. Buried installation: The equipment is buried underground, and the ground surface above can be used for greening or other purposes, eliminating the need for constructing dedicated buildings, as well as providing heating and thermal insulation.
    2. Efficient treatment process: The secondary biological contact oxidation process adopts plug-flow biological contact oxidation, whose treatment effect is superior to that of completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. Compared with activated sludge tanks, it has a smaller volume, stronger adaptability to water quality, better shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. The tank is equipped with new-type elastic three-dimensional fillers, which have a large specific surface area—facilitating the attachment and detachment of microbial biofilms. Under the same organic load, it achieves a high organic matter removal rate and enhances the solubility of oxygen from the air in water.
    3. Low sludge production: The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, with relatively low volume load of fillers. Microorganisms are in the self-oxidation stage, resulting in minimal sludge production. Sludge only needs to be discharged once every three months (90 days or more) (either by suction with a manure truck or by dewatering into sludge cakes for outward transportation).
    4. Effective deodorization: In addition to conventional high-altitude exhaust, the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is also equipped with soil deodorization measures to control odor pollution.
    5. Automatic and reliable operation: The entire treatment system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and an equipment fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no full-time personnel are required for daily management; only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment are needed.

    III. Usage Method

    • Treatment scope: It can handle comprehensive wastewater from domestic systems and similar organic sewage.
    • Durable structure: Made of FRP and stainless steel, it has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and aging resistance, with a service life of more than 50 years.
    • Easy construction and operation: The entire set of equipment features simple construction and easy operation. All mechanical equipment is controlled automatically, and the entire device can be installed underground.
