Structural Features of Belt Filter Press

The series of belt filter presses boast a compact structure, novel design, convenient operation and management, large processing capacity, low moisture content of filter cakes, and excellent performance. Compared with similar equipment, it has the following characteristics:
1. The first gravity dewatering section is inclined, keeping the sludge 1700mm above the ground. This increases the height of the sludge in the gravity dewatering section and enhances the gravity dewatering capacity.
2. The gravity dewatering section is long – the total length of the first and second gravity dewatering sections exceeds 5 meters. This enables the sludge to be fully dewatered and lose fluidity before pressing. Meanwhile, the gravity dewatering section is also equipped with special mechanisms such as reversal. Through the effects of "wedge"-shaped and "S"-shaped pressing, the sludge filter cake achieves a low moisture content.
3. The first dewatering roller adopts a "T"-shaped drainage groove, which allows a large amount of water after pressing to be discharged quickly, thereby improving the dewatering effect.
4. Automatic control devices are installed to address issues such as filter belt deviation. The filter belt tension and filter belt moving speed can be adjusted freely, ensuring convenient operation and management.
5. It features low noise and no vibration.
6. It requires a small dosage of chemical agents.
