Structural Characteristics of Belt Filter Presses
The series of belt filter presses feature a compact structure, novel design, and easy operation/management. They boast large processing capacity, low filter cake moisture content, and excellent performance. Compared with similar equipment, they have the following characteristics:
- The first gravity dewatering section is inclined, which elevates the sludge to a height of up to 1700mm from the ground. This increased height in the gravity dewatering section enhances the gravity dewatering efficiency.
- The gravity dewatering section has a long length – the total length of the first and second gravity dewatering sections exceeds 5 meters. This allows the sludge to be fully dewatered and lose fluidity before pressing. Meanwhile, the gravity dewatering section is equipped with special mechanisms such as reverse rotation. Through the effects of "wedge-shaped" and "S-shaped" pressing, the filter cake of the sludge achieves a low moisture content.
- The first dewatering roller adopts a "T"-shaped drainage groove, which enables rapid discharge of a large amount of water after pressing, thereby improving the dewatering effect.
- Automatic control devices are installed for issues such as filter belt deviation. The tension and moving speed of the filter belt can be adjusted freely, ensuring convenient operation and management.
- Low noise and no vibration during operation.
- Low consumption of chemical agents.

Applications
