    Air Flotation and Sedimentation Integrated Machine

    Also known as the air flotation and filtration integrated machine, the air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine is mainly suitable for treating various types of wastewater where the specific gravity of flocs is close to that of water after reaction. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, chemical engineering, textile, transportation, and food processing, and is particularly applicable to the treatment of oilfield drilling wastewater, oilfield reinjection water, and refinery wastewater.

    Working Principle

    The main treatment process of the air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine adopts the physicochemical method. It is designed by organically combining traditional mature processes including the chemical method, air flotation method, and filtration-adsorption method. It features a simple and reasonable process, wide adaptability, compact structure, convenient transportation and installation, easy operation, and stable and reliable performance. It achieves excellent results in oil-water separation and the removal of suspended solids (SS), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). Generally, wastewater can meet discharge standards after treatment.

    Structural Features

    The entire air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine consists of a sewage pump, a metering device, a chemical dosing tank, a reaction tank, an air flotation tank, an air flotation system, a sand filter, an activated carbon adsorption column, and an electrical control system. For models with a treatment capacity of below 10 t/h (tons per hour), all components are integrated on a single base. For those with a capacity of above 10 t/h, components are transported as separate parts and assembled on-site to form a complete unit for ease of transportation. Once the entire device is adjusted to normal operating conditions, it can basically run automatically, ensuring convenient operation.
