Among them, it mainly contains impurities such as lanolin, detergent, sheep sweat, sheep urine, sheep manure, sediment, blood stains, as well as parasitic eggs and bacteria.

    Based on water quality analysis and on-site investigation, it is recommended to use the existing civil engineering pool for renovation and utilization. This time, it is recommended to use "coagulation dehydration+air flotation+IC+biochemistry+high-density sedimentation".

    Technology Introduction

    1.The sewage is first collected and enters the raw water tank. A grid screen is installed at the front of the raw water tank for rough filtration.After filtration, the sewage in the raw water tank is pumped up to the coagulation and sedimentation tower.

    2.After flocculation, the sewage and sludge are pumped to the screw stacking machine through the bottom sludge discharge port of the coagulation and sedimentation tower, and after pressure filtration, the sludge is transported for external treatment.

    3.Pre hydrolysis reaction is carried out in the pre hydrolysis tank to preliminarily reduce the pollutants in the wastewater. Then the sewage is pumped to the IC anaerobic reactor, where a four stage reaction of hydrolysis, acidification, acetic acid production, and methane production is carried out.

    4.After being treated by a high-density sedimentation tank, the sewage can be discharged after being disinfected.
