Center-driven scraper

The central drive sludge scraper is mainly composed of a working bridge, a transmission device, a flow stabilizer cylinder, a transmission shaft, a scraping arm, and a sludge scraper plate. The machine is equipped with a fixed platform spanning the tank, and the entire machine load acts on the center of the working bridge during operation. Sewage is evenly distributed to the surroundings through the flow stabilizer cylinder at the center of the tank. As the flow area increases, the flow velocity decreases, and the sediments in the sewage settle at the bottom of the tank. The sludge scraper scrapes and collects the settled sludge into the central sludge collection pit, and discharges it from the sludge pipe using water pressure. With a simple structure, stable transmission, low power consumption, and excellent sludge scraping effect, this machine is an ideal sludge discharge equipment.
