Under the condition that the filter plates are compressed by an oil cylinder, the sludge is dewatered for the first time using the pressure of a feed pump. After the feeding process is completed, the variable filter chamber diaphragm pressing technology is adopted to perform secondary pressing and dewatering on the sludge that has undergone the first dewatering. This reduces the moisture content of the sludge to 50-58%, achieving significant reduction and stabilization of urban sludge. After chemical dosing and reaction, the sewage enters the mixing zone of the flotation system, where it comes into contact and mixes with the dissolved air that has been released. This causes the flocs to adhere to the fine air bubbles, and the mixture then enters the flotation zone. Driven by flotation buoyancy, the flocs float to the water surface to form scum. The clear water in the lower layer flows through the water collector into the clear water tank; a portion of this clear water is recycled for use as dissolved air water, while the remaining clear water flows out through the overflow outlet. Once the scum on the surface of the flotation tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the flotation machine by a scum scraper and then discharged. The suspend solids (SS) that can sink settle in the cone and are removed regularly.
