The surface of this integrated sewage treatment equipment is coated with epoxy fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) using the "three layers of oil + two layers of cloth" anti-corrosion process. The "three layers of oil + two layers of cloth" process refers to the following steps: first, on the pipeline that has been cleaned and derusted, apply a layer of "anti-corrosion oil", then wrap a layer of "glass fiber cloth", and apply another layer of "anti-corrosion oil". After the applied "anti-corrosion oil" dries, apply a third layer of "anti-corrosion oil", wrap a second layer of "glass fiber cloth", and finally apply a uniform and complete layer of "anti-corrosion oil" on the surface. In total, this process involves three layers of anti-corrosion oil and two layers of glass fiber cloth, hence the name "three layers of oil + two layers of cloth".
