Working Principle
1. Concentration: When the spiral pushing shaft rotates, the multiple fixed and movable overlapping plates arranged around the pushing shaft move relatively. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out from the gaps between the relatively moving overlapping plates, realizing rapid concentration.
2. Dewatering: The concentrated sludge continues to move forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft; along the direction of the cake outlet, the pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the gap between the rings also gradually narrows, and the volume of the spiral cavity shrinks continuously. Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. Driven by the continuous operation of the spiral pushing shaft in sequence, the water in the sludge is squeezed out, the solid content of the filter cake keeps rising, and finally, the continuous dewatering of the sludge is realized.
3. Self-cleaning: The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the floating rings to rotate continuously. The equipment realizes a continuous self-cleaning process by relying on the movement between the fixed rings and the floating rings, thereby cleverly avoiding the clogging problem commonly existing in traditional dewatering machines.
