Inclined Tube Settler
The inclined tube settler adopts honeycomb inclined tubes made of ethylene-propylene copolymer, glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It has an inclination angle of 60°, an inclined length of 1 meter, and an inner inscribed circle diameter ranging from 35 mm to 50 mm. The inner inscribed circle diameter can be adjusted according to water quality to achieve the optimal sedimentation effect.
Our factory can design and manufacture inclined tube settlers based on user requirements or test data of raw wastewater. Generally, coagulants need to be added during operation. The XG series inclined plate and inclined tube sedimentation device is a solid-liquid separation equipment with relatively advanced technical performance, and it is usually used in conjunction with other sewage purification equipment.
