Product Overview

The new oil-containing sewage treatment equipment—HBJY Modified Fiber Ball Filter—is adopted. This equipment features high treatment precision and is used for advanced filtration of oilfield oil-containing sewage (with ungraded filtration level). The fiber ball filter media selected for this filter is made of special fiber filaments synthesized via a new chemical formula. Its main characteristic is that the fiber filter media is transformed from oil-philic to hydrophilic through essential modification treatment. Applied in the advanced filtration of oilfield oil-containing sewage, this product’s fiber balls are not easy to adhere to oil, facilitating backwashing regeneration and achieving high filtration precision.

For a long time, sand filters, walnut shell filters, dual-media filters, and other equipment have been used for the reinjection of oilfield oil-containing sewage in China. Especially in low-permeability oil reservoirs, there has been no breakthrough in the advanced filtration technology for water injection, which is far from meeting the water injection requirements of low-permeability oil reservoirs. The new oil-containing sewage treatment equipment—HBJY Modified Fiber Ball Filter—addresses this issue.
