It is understood that breeding

wastewater typically features the "three highs" characteristics: high concentration of organic matter (COD up to 3000-12000 mg/L), high ammonia nitrogen (up to 800-2200 mg/L), and excessive suspended solids (SS exceeding the standard by dozens of times). In addition, it has high chroma and contains a large number of bacteria, as well as high levels of ammonia nitrogen and organic phosphorus. If such wastewater is directly discharged without harmless treatment, it is highly likely to cause eutrophication of water bodies, deteriorate water quality continuously, and exert a significant negative impact on the lives of residents in surrounding areas. To address these problems, Haipuou adopts a solid-liquid separation method and performs two-stage sedimentation treatment on the wastewater in a homogenization and regulation tank, thereby reducing the pressure of subsequent treatment.

For dairy farm wastewater with good biodegradability, Haipuou adopts the treatment method of SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) batch pre-aeration + A²O² (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic-Oxic) biomass treatment, which can effectively remove COD, ammonia nitrogen, and other pollutants from the wastewater. After biochemical treatment, a large amount of biofilm and sludge will be generated. At this point, Haipuou adds high-molecular flocculants and removes them by relying on the aeration and slag scraping system of the dissolved air flotation machine, ensuring the stability of the effluent water. For SS and odors in the wastewater, Haipuou conducts in-depth multi-stage treatment through a multi-stage filtration system composed of quartz sand filters and activated carbon filters. According to testing, the breeding wastewater treated by Haipuou can reduce COD from 8000 mg/L (before treatment) to 120 mg/L.

On June 27 this year, China's Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law was revised again. The newly revised Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law further clarifies the water environment quality responsibilities of governments at all levels and implements the total amount control system and pollutant discharge permit system.
