Equipment Characteristics
(1) The sodium hypochlorite generator is of a combined type. The dissolution of salt, preparation of dilute brine, dosing and metering, and cyclic generation of sodium hypochlorite are all carried out in a single tank. It features low investment, small floor space, and flexible installation.
(2) The generator adopts a combined structure of tubular shape, internal cooling, single-pole design, and series-parallel connection. The anode of the generator uses titanium as the base material, coated with ruthenium dioxide, which has a low potential and long service life. Under normal operating conditions, each anode can continuously operate for 200–300 hours per cycle. The sodium hypochlorite generation process adopts a diaphragm-free natural circulation mode. Therefore, it has high salt utilization rate, high current efficiency during electrolysis, large sodium hypochlorite yield, low energy consumption, and low operating costs.
