Since its establishment in 2014, HAIPUOU Environmental Protection Group has remained deeply committed to wastewater treatment, waste-gas control, solid-waste management, and resource recovery. The Group holds multiple qualifications, including Grade I Professional Contracting for Environmental Engineering and Grade B Environmental Engineering Design. It operates a provincial-level R&D platform and has obtained 36 authorized invention patents and more than 40 software copyrights, and has participated in the drafting of multiple national and association standards. Its independently developed products—such as the Smart Cloud Monitoring & Control System, the Hydrocyclone Purifier, and modular prefabricated wastewater treatment plants—have been successfully applied across many projects in China, demonstrating strong capability for technology transfer and local adaptation.

Guided by the development philosophy of “technology-driven, locally oriented service,” HAIPUOU is dedicated to bringing the environmental technology expertise and project management capabilities accumulated in China to the ASEAN market through targeted optimization and localization. This visit, enabled by in-depth face-to-face exchanges with various stakeholders, further strengthened mutual trust and cooperative relationships between the Group and relevant institutions in Thailand and Laos, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent implementation of specific projects and technical collaboration.

Looking ahead, HAIPUOU will continue to deepen cooperation with ASEAN countries in environmental technologies, equipment manufacturing, and project operation. The Group will actively support green and sustainable development initiatives, contribute to improving regional environmental governance, and promote long-term sustainability.
