After chemical dosing and reaction, the sewage enters the mixing zone of the flotation system, where it comes into contact and mixes with the dissolved air that has been released. This causes the flocs to adhere to the fine air bubbles, and the mixture then enters the flotation zone. Driven by flotation buoyancy, the flocs float to the water surface to form scum. The clear water in the lower layer flows through the water collector into the clear water tank; a portion of this clear water is recycled for use as dissolved air water, while the remaining clear water flows out through the overflow outlet. Once the scum on the surface of the flotation tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the flotation machine by a scum scraper and then discharged. The suspend solids (SS) that can sink settle in the cone and are removed regularly.
